At this time, due to health concerns surrounding the Corona Virus iTAN cannot offer any returns or exchanges on products and accessories. All sales are final.
iTAN does not offer a refund on tanning services.
A 30-day package end 30 days after the date of purchase and includes the days the studios are closed.
Bank packages cannot be redeemed for cash and are treated as tanning packages.
iTAN highly recommends following all health tanning guidelines and tanning exposure schedules.
Client accepts the terms and conditions of the Customer agreement and this agreement overrides any other forms of communication.
Booking your tan is simple, just visit www.itanstudios.com and click the “Book a Tan” button on the top right to take you directly to the Booking Site. Booking your tan is highly recommended, scheduling online reserves your spot so you can focus on enjoying your session.
Remember to check your spam or trash folder if you do not see a booking confirmation email to your Inbox.
For Spray Tan Members & Clients: 1 spray tan appointment per booking. You can book your next spray tan once your scheduled session is completed. For an ultimate spray tan, iTAN recommends a session every 4-5 days. Over saturation could potentially cause a less than optimal result. For Sunbed Clients iTAN Studios and Health Canada recommend 48 hours in between every Sunbed tanning session. Booking is allowed up to a certain amount of days each week and is adjusted accordingly based on availability, time of year and client demand.
Please arrive a minimum of 5 -10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may be subject to adjusted tan times based on the booking schedule.
iTAN reserves the right to adjust and/or cancel any bookings at any time based on demand and availability. If a scheduled appointment is canceled beyond our control, iTAN will do its best to accommodate another time slot but can not guarantee it.
Clients can book up to 10 minutes before their appointment.
Clients must cancel, or change their booking, 30 minutes before their scheduled appointment. If a cancellation, or change, is not done within the 30-minute window it will be considered a missed appointment.
To cancel, or change an appointment, here are the options:
- Go to your original booking confirmation email, and click “My Appointment”
- Or go to www.itanstudios.com click the “Book a Tan” button to link you to our scheduler.
If you miss 3 scheduled appointments, without proper cancellation, your booking privileges may be suspended.
NOTE: leaving voicemails, private messages on social media platforms or emails to iTAN are not acceptable methods for canceling or changing an appointment.

Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes! We recommend the “freeze” option because it locks in your current monthly rate and avoids having to repay the set-up fee.
There is no cancellation fee and memberships can be frozen for $3 a month in order to lock in your price.
Memberships are eligible for cancellation once the 3-month minimum commitment term has passed.

How do I cancel my membership?
You will need to sign a cancellation form (at an iTAN location). All memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment term, so you must complete your 3-month minimum commitment term before you are eligible to cancel your membership.
Any outstanding payments must be settled prior to cancelling your membership.
Please email email@example.com if you have questions regarding your membership billing date and your cancellation cut-off date.
iTAN does not accept verbal, voicemail or social media messages as a cancel request. A cancellation form must be signed with a tanning consultant.
NOTE: leaving voicemails, private messages on social media platforms are not acceptable methods for canceling your membership. Once a request is made the proper procedures must be followed. iTAN is not responsible to update Clients information such as Visa/Debit cards that are expired, misplaced or stolen. It is up to the client to inform iTAN of any payment changes or updates.
We recommend the freeze option vs cancelling. Freezing your membership is like putting it on hold so you can start back up anytime with no set-up fee to pay again. It also locks in your monthly rate so you don’t lose the deal you currently have. We periodically add Banks or Bonus bucks to your account for just freezing.
iTAN is not responsible to update information such as Visa/Debit cards such as expired, misplaced or stolen cards. It is up to the client to inform iTAN of any payment changes.
